Released in 2022 to celebrate the 35th anniversary of Michael Jordan's sophomore release, the iconic design is now available to new sneaker fan generations. The old-school classic has a Chicago Bulls-friendly aesthetic, celebrating Michael Jordan's career with the basketball team. For instance, the smooth white upper and scaly overlays pair with a Varsity Red heel counter and black midsole and laces. The simple yet stylish 1986 design is created in Italy, combining a minimalistic white aesthetic with sparse branding. The updated version has remained true to the original silhouette, but it offers an improved tongue and collar height and more premium materials across the upper to better reflect the Jordan Brand's history.
